Construction Management

Senior Superintendent, Mission Critical

Client confidential

Phoenix, Arizona · Construction Management · Senior · Posted October 6, 2026

Phoenix has more mission-critical work than people who have actually built it. This seat is for a senior superintendent who has delivered a data hall, a high-reliability industrial plant, or work with the same tolerance for sequence and cleanliness.

Data hall or similar critical facility. Sequence and cleanliness matter.

What you would do

• Protect the sequence when the equipment dates move.
• Hold trades to cleanliness and coordination rules.
• Translate a critical-path schedule into what happens tomorrow.

What you should already have

• Mission-critical, advanced industrial, or equally tight technical work.
• A crew that followed you because the job was run well.
