A Dallas architecture studio needs a project architect who can carry a set from design development into construction administration. Licensed, or far enough along that the exams are a plan and not a rumor.

Commercial and civic work. CA through completion.

What you would do

• Coordinate consultants without losing the drawing set.
• Answer RFIs in the field, not three weeks later.
• Talk to the contractor like a partner, and still protect the design.

What you should already have

• Six or more years in an architecture firm.
• Commercial, civic, or higher education work.
• A license, or ARE progress you can describe.
